We price from public county lot records — no walkthrough, no phone call. Two quick questions first, because records can’t see a gate or a hill.

Can a riding mower get into every area you want cut?

Our mowers need roughly a five-foot opening. If the only way into your back yard is a standard narrow gate, say no — it doesn't rule you out, it just means we'll look at the property before estimating.

Is any part of the yard too steep to safely drive a mower on?

Gentle slopes are no problem. This is about steep banks and drop-offs. Answering yes doesn't rule you out — plenty of yards have one awkward corner, and we'd rather look than guess.
