Enclave Landscape Management is operated by Enclave LLC in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area. This policy explains what information we collect when you request an estimate or receive lawn care from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, perform, and bill for service:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and service address.
- Property information — lot size and parcel details drawn from publicly available county records; your own answers about whether a riding mower can reach your yard and whether any of it is too steep to mow safely; and characteristics recorded at your first visit (fencing, overgrowth, hand-trimming, hardscape weeds, obstacles) that affect how your property is serviced and priced.
- Service photographs — before-and-after photos of the areas we service, taken as proof of completed work. We photograph the landscape, not people or building interiors.
- Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Communications — messages you exchange with us in the app, by text, or by email, and our records of what we sent you and when.
We record the location of our crew during a visit to confirm arrival at the correct property. We do not track customers’ locations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use SMS for service updates only — arrival windows, delays, access problems at your property, completion notices, and replies to questions you send us.
- Consent is required and is never a condition of service. You choose whether to receive texts when you book, and declining means we contact you by email and in the app instead.
- Message frequency varies with your service schedule — typically a few messages around each scheduled visit.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We will send one confirmation and no further texts. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service, and we will continue to reach you by email and in the app.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (424) 202-7591.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not send marketing text messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Automated communications
Day-to-day scheduling and customer messages are handled by an automated assistant we call E.L.M. Its first message to you introduces it as our automated assistant, and it never claims to be a person. When a conversation needs human judgment, a person takes over and tells you so. Messages are reviewed by a human on a regular basis for accuracy.
How we use your information
To produce estimates, schedule and route visits, tell you when we’re coming, perform the work, send completion photos, process payment, answer your questions, and improve the accuracy of our scheduling and pricing. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with the vendors that make the service work, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe — payment processing and card storage.
- Twilio — delivery of text messages.
- Resend — delivery of email.
- Cloudflare — website and application delivery.
- Anthropic — the AI service that powers our automated assistant.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers, our crew, or the business.
Retention
We keep service records — including visit history, photos, and message history — for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link. Service-related email — receipts, visit confirmations, billing notices — continues while you have an active account.
Security
Access to customer information is restricted to the people and systems that need it, payment card data is handled by Stripe rather than by us, and photographs are stored privately and served only through expiring links.
Children
Our service is offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and we will tell you directly if the change materially affects how we use your information.
